I am a dedicated therapist and holistic healer specializing in trauma, sexual health, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I am committed to creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space for healing and self-discovery. Using modalities like EMDR, MBCT, and positive psychology, I help individuals navigate the intersection of identity, relationships, and emotional well-being through a multicultural lens. 

Additionally, as a Reiki Master, Chakra Attunement specialist, Silva Method Master, and energy healer, I integrate ancient wisdom with modern techniques to release blockages, restore harmony, and empower lasting transformation of body, mind, and spirit.

I am a client-centered counseling professional welcoming older teens and adults with transition concerns, life changes, trauma and disordered eating. Through primarily trauma-based therapy and a multi-cultural approach, I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) along with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients identify their strengths and empower them to regulate negative thoughts and behaviors. Managing thoughts, emotions and behaviors through trauma healing is the key to lasting changes.

I am also a dedicated student of Reiki, learning to harness the healing power of energy to promote balance and well-being. Through my journey, I am deepening my connection to universal energy, working to heal myself and others while fostering peace, growth, and inner harmony.
